Here at CrossFit Harpoon, all our classes are focused on getting you moving, building your confidence, and enjoying the process.

open gym

For our experienced members looking to get a workout in outside of our coach-led class time, we offer blocks throughout the week during which the gym is open for use. Reservations are required 2 hours prior for Open Gym. You may also register for our “Family Room”, which is a side room to focus on extra work. Please reserve the Family Room if you’re a drop in and looking to do your own programming during class times. There is only enough space in the Family Room for one person at a time.

Free for Harpoon Members. Open to Drop Ins. Attendance counts toward classes.

HOW TO START

In order to understand your goals and get you familiar with what to expect when you join our community, all new members must participate in our beginner’s program. Previous CrossFit experience might waive this program.

VISITORS

Located only a few miles from the beach in beautiful southern Maine, CrossFit Harpoon is a favorite spot for vacationing CrossFitters. We love meeting new people and do everything we can to accommodate visitors to the area who want to get a good workout in before spending the day at the beach.
