Weekend Bootcamp

Want to break a sweat before spending the day at Long Sands or enjoying one of Maine’s famous lobster rolls (or three)?

Our coach-led sessions are tailored to accommodate all fitness levels, with a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, machines, and bodyweight exercises that will keep things fresh, fun, and effective.

Located on Raydon Road in York, we’re a tight-knit community of active humans who love to move, get outside, and prioritize health.

Bootcamps or CrossFit?

Our CrossFit and bootcamp workouts both offer coach-led sessions that emphasize variety and full-body training. However, there are some differences between the two.

CrossFit is characterized by its structured programming, incorporating weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity functional movements.

This method aims at developing strength, endurance, and overall athletic ability while fostering a strong community among members.

On the other hand, bootcamps provide a more accessible and straightforward approach to fitness.

Our weekend sessions focus on bodyweight movements, cardio, and circuit-style training, making them more approachable for people of all fitness levels.

With an emphasis on motivation and group camaraderie, bootcamps can be a great entry point for those new to exercise or those seeking a less intense environment.

Kelly, a former competitive alpine skier and certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor, brings a decade of coaching experience and a passion for outdoor sports. Meanwhile, Matthew, a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer with over ten years of coaching experience, focuses on making fitness accessible and functional for everyday life.

Together, they embody our belief that "Active Humans are Happy Humans," creating an inclusive environment where members of all fitness levels can thrive.
