Whether you’ve tried CrossFit before, you’re looking to try something new, or you haven’t been to a gym since the Reagan administration, we’d love to help you live a more active life.

We’ll give you a quick tour of the gym, answer any questions you have about what we do here, and discuss our membership plans with you.

We’ve been at this long enough to know that the first month you’re a member of Harpoon is the most important. It sets the tone for everything to come.
Given that, we’ve carefully designed an onboarding process to ensure your success.
It begins with four one-on-one sessions with a coach, followed by a guided class, and then offers an unlimited number of classes for the remainder of the month.
By the time you start your second month, you’ll be confident in class, comfortable with the basic movements, and ready to get to work.

We will tailor your first session to you, exactly where you are right now.
We’ll get you moving, show you what we do here at Harpoon, and begin to get you ready for our class environment.
This is also where we will assess any movement limitations, discuss any previous injuries that may be limiting, and initiate a conversation about the role that nutrition, sleep, and community play in your overall health and well-being.

We offer a variety of monthly memberships without any long-term commitment. We’ll discuss all your options during your free, no-sweat introductory meeting.

$475 for 4 one-on-one sessions with a coach, plus unlimited classes for remainder of month

$185/month after initial onboarding month
