Offered at 5:30am, Bootcamps are back on the schedule for the summer season of 2024! Bootcamps will be offered Wednesdays & Fridays at 5:30am, offered on a punchcard basis. See below on how to purchase punch passes and reserve classes! 

Building healthy habits often starts with just the first step.

Our bootcamp classes offer a low-commitment introduction to a healthier you. Bootcamps are designed to remove some of the intimidation of the barbell that is often feared with starting CrossFit. We tackle healthy, fundamental movement patterns by using your body as the machine! You don’t need any prior fitness experience to jump in on a fun and challenging way of working out!

BOOTCAMP CLASSES

All our classes are coach-led and 45-minutes long. Each session will include a proper warm up, strength or core building session and a high-intensity session. We will keep you moving during the whole hour for maximum cardio output. 

*This is the best class to attend if you’re visiting from out of town and do not have CrossFit experience.

5 Class Trial Pass - $75

Expires in 30 days. Cancelled reservations within 2 hours of start time will automatically deduct a pass. This is for first-time customers only. 

10 Class Pass - $180

Expires in 60 days. Cancelled reservations within 2 hours of start time will automatically deduct a pass.
