Coach-led fitness programs for kids aged 5-18

It’s never too early to start developing healthy habits.

Here at CrossFit Harpoon, all our youth programs focus on getting your kids moving often, staying safe, and having a lot of fun.

PRE-TEENS CROSSFIT

9-12 years old | Ongoing open enrollment

Our Pre-Teen members learn the fundamentals of moving well and working together. We keep our classes small in order to ensure individual attention. 

OUR NEW LOCATION ALLOWS ELEMENTARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS TO WALK IF NEED BE!

$100 per 30 days. On-going enrollment; enroll anytime! 

Tuesdays & Thursdays
4:45-5:30pm

Maximum Registration: 10

**Parents, please download and follow our Push Press Members app for the most up to date information on class schedule, times and cancellations! You must request a cancellation prior to your next bill if your child will no longer be continuing with us. 
*We ask our members to enroll in ACH autodraft after their first month as a member. If you’re having trouble setting up the bank accounts, please email us at info(at)crossfitharpoon.com and we will help!

IMPORTANT DETAILS

OPEN ENROLLMENT

 Our youth classes are continued open enrollment and will auto-renew unless requested otherwise. However, to accommodate things like school vacations and sports schedules, it will be possible to pay for half-months as well as by session or week.

SCHOOL SCHEDULE

To ensure that things stay simple, we’ll be running all our youth programs on the same schedule as York Public Schools. If school is in session, so are we. (That includes early release days or full-day cancelations due to inclement weather.)

NEW ATHLETE WAIVERS

We have an easy-to-access online waiver where you can complete the information without having to stop by the gym. BE SURE TO READ THE STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS WHEN REGISTERING YOUR CHILD AS IT WILL ASK YOU “WHO” YOU ARE REGISTERING. If you’d like to talk beforehand, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Toddler Program

2-4 years old | Specific start and end dates.

Toddlers have a natural ability to move! We want to encourage healthy habits from a young age, which is why we’ve designed this program to learn how to have fun in a gym! Parent participation is required as you will participate with them as their spotter and aide throughout the “class.”

CrossFit Kids

5-8 years old | Ongoing open enrollment

Our CrossFit Kids program is a 30-minute, coach-led session focused on the mechanics of moving well and laughing often.

TeenS Strength & Conditioning

13-18 years old | Ongoing open enrollment

Our Teen members learn what it means to develop general physical preparedness, how to get stronger safely, and the healthy habits they’ll need to thrive for the rest of their life.
